My boss was nice enough to pass 2 tickets to me to join the suzhou singapore club for their chinese new celebration =) as he had to go for a business trip in shenzhen. the ticket says 3rd March at San Teh Hotel. So i went online to check it's exact location and lo and behold.. it's at nantong which a 2hours coach ride and we have to 过江. was pretty excited then as i can get to meet many many singaporeans and as i have an extra ticket.. i decided to bring peiying along!



Peiying and I reached pretty early (FYI: our definition of early.12pm. Ahahas.) at the train station and so both of us start taking pictures! =)
Both of us were super duper excited about this trip as we (the girls) will be travelling on our own for the first time and we planned to stay over in nantong for the night to check out the nightspots. muhahahs.
however, 好景不长在... we were told that we went to the wrong san teh hotel! arggghh.. *pull my hair* the chinese new year celebration was held in another san teh hotel which is in 太湖.. which is in suzhou -_-'''. wah raos.
anyway, we decided to travel back to suzhou in hope that we can make it back in time for the new year dinner.. ahaha

as we dont want to waste our money, we decided to snap pictures of nantong on our way back to nantong bus station.

this bus conductor next to me said that he is v photogenic. wells.. all i can say is.. beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder.

when we crossing the 江 to get back to suzhou. the jiang is really Huge. wider than our sea. we were obviously bored and so we started taking pictures AGAIN.

Ahaha.. the itinerary for the day. well well.. we only managed to make it for the dinner and the fireworks display. =(
